In the new iOS update to 10.2, Apple replaced the Videos app with this new ugly TV app.* Any previous music video purchases are now found in the Music app, not in the new TV app (this functional migration occurred before this). And it may also be deleted.
* The black border around the TV strikes me as ugly. It would have looked better if it was a two-tone gray textured background.
